To
search for a property enter all or part of the address in the space provided.
If you know the ten (10) digit Assessor's Identification Number (AIN),
enter that into the Search By AIN field.
Do not enter a street direction (N., North, E.,East,etc.) or a street title
(Ave., Street, Blvd., etc.) when using the Search by Address feature.
Do not enter the city.
Press the submit button to complete the search.

Notes
(1) The Assessor's Identification Number (AIN) can be found on the
"Annual Property Tax Bill" or "Supplemental Property
Tax Bill" in the shaded area toward the top of the bill. The AIN will be the first 10-digits
(#### ### ###) of the 15-digit number that appears there (#### ### ### XX XXX).
(2) To search for sales, you must find a single
parcel and press the "Search for Recent Sales" button on the Property
Details screen, or press the "Show Property Information" button
to the left below the map and left click on any colored parcel. All
parcels with available sale information have been colored in the interactive
map area.
